\nVineyards<\/strong> \/ soils composed of volcanic sands, rich in minerals, located at an altitude of around 600 m a.s.l., with good temperature variations between day and night. The training system is partly sapling and partly espalier.

\nFermentation<\/strong> \/ for about 10-15 days at a controlled temperature (24-26 \u00b0 C).
